Our enhanced policy allows you to make changes to your stay at Turtle Island up to 15 days before you travel, should the unexpected occur. Book with us and you are guaranteed:


You can change your travel dates up to 15 days prior to travel for Covid-19 related reasons without any cancellation penalties.


Should you cancel for Covid-19 related reasons and choose not to rebook your stay with us, you may choose to receive a Turtle Island letter of credit toward future travel valid for up to three years from the date of issuance.


Book direct with our personal touch. Unlike other hotels and resorts that have you book directly online, as soon as we receive your inquiry, you will be looked after by one of our highly experienced Turtle Island Travel Advisors.
They will provide you with an end-to-end concierge service, taking the uncertainty out of planning and booking your stay at Turtle Island and offer a wealth of experience and personal care every step of the way.


  • International flight cancellations as a result of Covid-19, proof must be provided (example would be written communication from the Airline).
  • Fijian border closure that disallows you from traveling to Fiji.
  • Restrictions on overseas travel set by your home country, which disallow you from traveling to Fiji.
  • Covid-19 infection which disallows a booked person from traveling – medical documentation required.
