It's been another fantastic day in Paradise! This morning Captain Alex took a group of our guests out to the deep blue waters of the South Pacific to go fishing.


The sun was shining, and the fish were biting! Our special guest Christopher Atkins caught a nice Barracuda, while long-term guest Peter, who is here with his wife on their 49th trip, had a nibble but it got away! Luckily, our Food Advisor Jacques Reymond had some fresh fish caught eariler that day!

As part of our 35th Anniversary Celebrations, Jacques and his team prepared Seared White Fin Tuna with a Wasabi Cream Sauce followed by a Dark Chocolate Pastry Puff for dessert. And just for our guests - he demonstrated the entire process from sea to table!
