Turtle Island has one of the South Pacific’s most diverse organic gardens. With over 4 acres and expanding… Turtle is able to produce the freshest vegetables and fruits for the guest’s on the island… picked within minutes of your consumption.

These gardens provide a variety of amazing crops – including sweet corn, asparagus, peppers, beans, pumpkins, melons, spinach, lettuce galore – grown specially in our hydroponic garden, tomatoes, every herb imaginable and much much more!! We have the most productive, year round vegetable garden!!  Our 152 raised concrete block beds are 15ft. long by 4ft. wide by 3 ft. deep.

It has always been a passion of Richard Evanson’s to turn Turtle Island into “A Garden of Eden” of sorts.... and with this accomplishment – he may have just achieved it!!
